• "Website", "Platform" refers to HIMRAS's e-commerce and aggregator platform.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual accessing or using the website.
• "We", "Our", "Us" refers to HIMRAS.
• "Vendors" refer to small and marginal SHG women's and other producers listing their products on HIMRAS.

2. Use of the Website

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian supervision.

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Products & Orders

HIMRAS acts as an aggregator, facilitating transactions between users and vendors.

Products listed are directly sourced from small and marginal SHG women's. While we ensure quality, variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and farm-based products.

4. Payment & Pricing

Prices listed are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

HIMRAS reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

5. Return & Refund Policy

No Returns: Due to the unique nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must email a photograph of the product to contact@himras.in within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and provide a resolution at the earliest.
